This San Francisco Victorian villa has so much character. The client wanted to improve their outdated small bathroom and add a bath and double vanity. This was very difficult as there were very little room and structural limitations. I added dark green fish scale tiles on the floor that continued into the shower. The custom vanity was wall hung to make the bathroom feel bigger and the counter and sinks were all made of one continuous piece of stone. All the fixtures were replaced with brass. I wanted the bath to be the talking point so I found a small clawfoot black bath for drama.
I replaced the flooring throughout the whole house with wood in a herringbone pattern. In the kitchen, I added a dry bar with a custom wine rack/wine fridge and made a new backsplash in an antique mirror tile. There was no pantry in the kitchen so I moved the washer/dryer to make room for a custom french door pantry with custom doors.
